Cobbs Mountain Farm was purchased in 1988 by Michael and Marie Klimchuk. The old barn on the property was demolished and a contractor was hired to erect a new frame. Michael completed all the remaining work on the main barn.
Since then, many more construction projects have taken place, including additions to the main barn, several run-in shelters, lunging and riding arenas, and miles of three board fencing.
Twenty three of the twenty eight acres are fenced and cross fenced for use as pasture. Diligent pasture maintenance results in abundance quality forage. The facilities offer eight stalls, a hot/cold wash rack, heated tack room, paved center aisle, a round pen and large outdoor riding arena with lights and groomed footing.
In 2017 a new 70 ft x 140 ft covered arena was constructed and offers dust free footing, lights and mirrors.
